Two bedroom chalet with a well equipped modern kitchen, together with a table and four chairs for holiday dining. Smart TV in open plan lounge. Sofa bed available.  Free Wifi.  Modern tiled walk-in shower room.  Private decked area for outdoor dining and relaxation.   Wall mounted heaters and cooling fans (all electric included). All linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Welcome pack included.  Travel cot upon request. 

Spacious seating in open plan area.  Wall mounted Smart TV.  Table and 4 chairs for dining. The sofa can become a sofa bed for two guests - please bring your own bed linen for this. Free fast WiFi . 

Main bedroom contains 4ft 6 double bed, cupboard space and modern reading lights above bed.  Hairdryer. All linen provided and beds made up on arrival. 

Modern fitted kitchen. Ceramic Hob, Electric Oven and microwave. Fridge with freezer compartment.   All the equipment you could need for 4 guests, including saucepans. Tea towels, washing up liquid and sponges provided.  There is also an iron, ironing board and clothes airer. 

Modern tiled bathroom with large double shower.  Perfect for washing off the sand at the end of a lovely day. 

A cosy room with full length bunk beds and wardrobe/drawer space. Each bed space has its own  modern reading light. All linen provided and beds made up on arrival.  

Enjoy your own private decked area outside the chalet. Table and four chairs.  The perfect spot for breakfast, or with a glass of something nice in the evening and watch the sun set over the downs.
